Visual environment indicators for the Auth0 management dashboard Colour codes the Auth0 management dashboard by environment so you never mistake production for staging or dev. The problem: the Auth0 dashboard looks identical whether you're in production, staging, or dev. With multiple tenants open across tabs, it's easy to lose track and make a change in the wrong one. What it does: - Colours the top navigation bar based on environment — red for production, amber for staging, blue for dev - Shows a centred label in the nav bar (PRODUCTION, STAGING, etc.) - Draws a thick coloured border around the page as a secondary cue - Detects tenant switches automatically — works inside Auth0's dashboard without needing a page reload - Fully configurable: colours, labels, glob-pattern rules, and manual tenant overrides via the Options page How it identifies the environment, in priority order: 1. A manual override you set for a specific tenant name 2. Auth0's own "Production / Staging / Development" label already shown in the tenant switcher 3. Glob pattern rules you configure (e.g. *-prod* to production) Privacy: No network requests, no data collection, no telemetry. Settings are stored locally and synced via your browser's own storage sync.
