A cheeky attention coach that spots distraction, learns what works for you, and nudges you back to what matters. Stop losing an hour to a tab you meant to check for a minute. Ahem is a cheeky attention coach that notices when browsing drifts away from what matters and gives you a timely nudge back. The result is fewer rabbit holes, clearer focus, and more intentional days, without blocking websites or shaming you. ๐ฏ Get back on track at the right moment Ahem watches for signs that your attention is drifting, then gives you a concise, page-aware nudge that makes the next intentional choice easier. ๐ง Get coaching that improves with you Tell Ahem when a nudge helped or missed. It learns from your feedback locally, so coaching becomes more useful and less noisy over time. ๐ Make invisible distraction visible See where your attention went and how much time slipped away, so you can change patterns instead of guessing. โ Turn good intentions into a next step Keep a lightweight task list close by and choose where Ahem should send you after a helpful nudge. ๐ Stay fully in control Mute Ahem temporarily, for the rest of the day, or on specific sites. Choose the coaching tone and sensitivity that work for you. ๐ Private, on-device analysis To provide focus coaching, Ahem locally processes page URLs, domains, titles, visible text, temporary screenshots, timing, scrolling, interaction counts, and your feedback. Page text and screenshots are analyzed on your device with Chrome's built-in AI and are not sent to Ahem's servers. Browsing history, attention insights, tasks, settings, mute choices, feedback, and personalization data are stored in your browser. If you choose Google sign-in, basic account and authentication information is handled by Google, Firebase, and Ahem's profile service. Ahem requires Chrome 148 or newer and access to Chrome's built-in AI model. Model availability depends on Chrome and your device.
