1stStep.ai Job Agent for supervised Greenhouse application review and approved-field filling. 1stStep.ai helps signed-in job seekers review a supported Greenhouse job, understand how well it matches their confirmed experience, and fill approved ordinary application fields after review. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a supported Greenhouse application page. 2. Open 1stStep.ai and sign in. 3. Review the Match Confidence Score and Tailoring Justification. 4. Select “Fill approved fields” only when you are ready. 5. Review everything on the employer page and submit it yourself. WHAT IT DOES • Reads the current Greenhouse job title, employer, location, description, and ordinary form structure. • Matches the role against facts the user has confirmed in the encrypted 1stStep applicant vault. • Shows an explicit match assessment before filling. • Fills only approved ordinary fields for that exact application. • Leaves passwords, passkeys, OTPs, CAPTCHA answers, signatures, attestations, protected-trait questions, and final submission to the user. PRIVACY AND SAFETY • Purpose-built Greenhouse integration. • No automatic submission. • No advertising or sale of user data. • No storage of employer login credentials. • No reusable applicant profile or resume document stored by the extension. • Data is transmitted only over HTTPS to app.1ststep.ai when the user requests a match review or fill.
