WHAT IT DOES • Auto-fills your contract forms in CTM eContracts: the Exclusive Right-to-Sell (listing), the Exclusive Right-to-Buy (buyer), and the Contract to Buy and Sell (purchase). • Open the matching form in CTM eContracts, click Fill, and the fields populate from the contract you just reviewed in the RE Agent Auto app. • Generates completed PDFs for a growing library of supporting Colorado forms as well. HOW IT WORKS — 1) Speak the details in the app, review the extracted fields. 2) Queue the contract; the extension picks it up. 3) Open the form, click Fill Form, review every field, save.
