Access to steamcommunity.com is optional and requested only when you press “Get from Steam.” This permission is used only to read the Trade URL displayed on Steam’s official trade privacy page. Every quote acceptance, deposit request, withdrawal request and trade creation requires an explicit user action. Final trade confirmation remains under the user’s control in Steam. Public inventory analysis can inspect any app and inventory context made available by Steam. Automated cash-out and top-up transactions are limited to items currently supported by SteamVaults. Current price, inventory availability and transaction status are displayed before confirmation.
