Upload TrackRoster track and cross country meet entries to DirectAthletics from your browser. No password sharing. TrackRoster DA Uploader is the fastest way for high school and club track coaches to sync meet entries from TrackRoster (mytrackroster.com) to DirectAthletics. WHAT IT DOES • Pulls your meet entries straight from TrackRoster • Matches your athletes to their DirectAthletics roster (with nickname-aware matching: Ben↔Benjamin, Mike↔Michael, etc.) • Lets you review and approve any uncertain matches before anything is sent • Switches between your Boys and Girls teams on DA automatically • Uploads each athlete to their correct events in one click • Clears DA entries that aren't in TrackRoster, so DA exactly mirrors your roster HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign into TrackRoster from the extension's side panel 2. Pick the meet you want to upload 3. Open directathletics.com in another tab and sign in to your coach account 4. Click "Upload to DirectAthletics" — pick the DA meet, review any matches that need approval, and confirm 5. The extension submits each entry one by one and shows a live log PRIVACY & SECURITY • Your DirectAthletics password never leaves your browser — the extension uses the DA session cookies on the directathletics.com tab you're already signed into. • Your TrackRoster credentials are sent only to TrackRoster's own Supabase auth servers (the same as when you sign in at mytrackroster.com). • We don't have an external server. There's no third-party telemetry. Your roster data flows directly from TrackRoster to your browser to DirectAthletics — nowhere else.
