Transform Power BI into your personalized analytics portal with branded navigation, favorites, alerts, and faster report access. Lumio PBI brings your organization’s LumioBI portal experience directly into Microsoft Power BI. It adds a tenant-configured navigation overlay to app.powerbi.com so approved users can find curated reports, dashboards, workspaces, and related resources without leaving Power BI. Portal administrators manage navigation, branding, announcements, welcome content, and user access in LumioBI. The extension retrieves the configuration for the signed-in user and displays it as a configurable sidebar or floating launcher. It does not grant access to Power BI content; users retain their existing Microsoft permissions.
