Click or select a hotel review on an OTA and generate a reply with Reputation Systems. Reputation Review Reply helps hotel managers respond to guest feedback without leaving the review platform. Click the RR button beside a supported native Reply or Respond action, click a recognized hotel review, or select review text to generate an editable response. Review the generated text, adjust it if needed, then copy it or confirm posting through the platform's native reply form. Booking.com, Expedia Partner Central, and Google Business Profile have optimized reply workflows. More than 60 hotel and travel review domain families are recognized through review-card and rating signals. An RR account and RR API key are required. Reply generation is subject to the limits and pricing of the user's RR plan. The extension sends only the selected review content, available reviewer name and rating, selected reply settings, and platform hostname to the Reputation Systems API when the user requests a reply. It does not sell data or use it for advertising.
