Shared notes on Gmail emails for reception teams: a note icon on every inbox row and a note panel beside each open email. Reception Notes for Gmail adds a shared note to any email in Gmail. A small tuning-fork icon sits on every inbox row (grey = no note, purple = has a note) — hover to read it, click to add or edit, all without opening the email. Open an email and a note panel appears on the right, beside the message. Notes are shared across your team in real time and stamped with who wrote them, so a reception desk covering a shared or delegated mailbox always knows what's been actioned and what's still waiting.
