AI assistant that finds employers, fills job applications, and drafts user-reviewed job enquiries. JobPilot 2 is an AI-powered assistant that helps you find prospective employers, complete job applications, and send job enquiries you review first, right inside your browser. WHAT IT DOES • Starts with a normal Agent chat or an optional preset workflow • Reads the job page you point it at and fills the application using your profile • Local employer discovery and public-email outreach is formally supported • Job-platform and company career-site automation is experimental: page layouts, login checks or captchas may require handover, and each result explains why • Uploads the resume you selected into ordinary ATS file controls • Conversational chatbots (Olivia-style) answered question by question, truthfully, from your profile • Finds relevant local employers and their public contact details • Drafts job-enquiry emails and shows recipients, subject and body for your confirmation before sending through your selected signed-in webmail • Queues multiple jobs and works through them one by one while the JobPilot dashboard remains open • Summarizes completed, waiting and failed items with specific recovery suggestions • Includes a privacy-controlled feedback form; screenshots and diagnostics are opt-in • Asks YOU when information is missing — it never invents answers • Stops and hands over to you at interview scheduling and identity checks PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Local-first: profile, history and credentials are stored on your device • Bring your own LLM API key (DeepSeek etc.) for direct local use, or optionally use JobPilot Pro for managed AI without your own key • In BYO mode, page data and relevant profile fields go directly from your browser to your chosen AI provider; in Pro mode, requests pass through our proxy only to provide the managed AI service, metering and subscription quota • No ads, no sale of data, no tracking of unrelated browsing • Gmail sending is supported; Outlook, 163 Mail and QQ Mail sending is experimental. JobPilot only operates the compose/send pages needed for messages you review; recipients, content and attachments are never sent without your confirmation PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED • "Read and change data on websites": required to read job forms and type your answers into them — this is the product's core function • Tabs/tab groups: opens application pages in a tidy, labeled tab group • Storage: keeps your profile and history locally • Alarms: performs local maintenance of stale task data • Account recovery (optional): use Google or a one-time Supabase email link to restore Pro across devices; no Google password or mailbox access PRO / BILLING • Optional paid Pro membership uses Stripe for checkout and subscription management • Product codes purchased or issued outside Stripe can unlock the same metered Pro service for a fixed period and do not auto-renew • Supabase stores entitlement status, usage totals, opaque proxy tokens, hashed product codes, optional recovery-account records and optional referral attribution; payment-card details are handled by Stripe • Starter is $3.90/week, Standard is $6.90/week, and Max is $19.90/week. The current new-user offer is a one-time 3-day Google sign-in trial with no card and no automatic charge; it usually covers 3–5 complete tasks • Plans renew weekly until canceled in Manage subscription.
