Capture an invoice on any web page and send it to Autiqo, where it is uploaded and processed automatically. Snap to Autiqo turns any invoice on your screen into an entry in your Autiqo workspace in a couple of clicks. No printing, no downloading, no forwarding. If you can see it in your browser, you can send it to Autiqo. It is built for invoices and receipts that are awkward to get out of the browser: an invoice inside an email, a receipt in a supplier or booking portal, or a PDF preview you cannot easily save. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the invoice in your browser. 2. Click the Autiqo icon, or right click the page and choose Snap to Autiqo. 3. Drag a box around the invoice. 4. It is captured and sent straight to your Autiqo workspace. KEY FEATURES - One step capture from any page: emails, supplier portals, PDF previews, dashboards. - Right click to snap without opening anything first. - Choose Create transaction to read the invoice into a transaction automatically, or just upload the photo and process it later. - Recent captures appear in the popup, so you can jump straight to them. - Available in English, German and Bosnian, following your Autiqo language. NO SEPARATE LOGIN If you are already signed in to Autiqo in the same browser, the extension just works. It securely reuses your existing session, with nothing extra to set up and no tokens to paste. Your workspace mirrors the one selected in the Autiqo web app. PRIVATE BY DESIGN It captures only when you ask it to, and sends captures only to your own Autiqo workspace at app.autiqo.co No tracking, no ads, and it never reads pages in the background.
