Read any Canadian job posting the way a hiring manager and an immigration lens would. Free, honest, built for newcomers. Job Lens reads the Canadian job posting you are already looking at and tells you the things that actually decide your application. Open a Job Bank Canada posting, click the icon, and a side panel reads the title, employer, pay, employment type and full description straight off the page. Press Analyze and you get four honest answers: 1. The occupation code. The likely NOC 2021 code and TEER level, matched against the official Statistics Canada dataset. If no code genuinely fits, Job Lens says so rather than inventing one. 2. Express Entry relevance. Whether this kind of work is generally likely to count toward the Canadian Experience Class, with the reason in plain language. 3. Coded language. Phrases such as "Canadian experience required", quoted directly from the posting so you can see exactly what was written. 4. Real resume gaps. Specific differences between the posting and the resume saved on your LandedIN account, each with a concrete fix. Never a score, never a percentage, and never a suggestion to exaggerate. Works on any job site. Job Bank Canada is read automatically. Anywhere else, paste the description into the panel and you get the same read. Job Lens was built by Ajay Chauhan, a first generation immigrant who understands how confusing it can feel to build a career in a new country. Ajay holds a BBA and an MBA from a Canadian university and has more than 13 years of professional experience in Canada, with much of his career focused on management, hiring, and supporting people. His experience includes roles with Uber Technologies, Island Health, the BC Public Service, and the University of Victoria. These organizations are named only to provide transparent context about his professional background. They do not sponsor, endorse, or have any involvement with Job Lens. Ajay created Job Lens to give newcomers, immigrants, and international students the kind of clear and honest guidance he wishes more people had when starting their journey in Canada. Privacy, briefly. The extension never sees your password. Before your first analysis Job Lens asks your permission and shows you exactly what would be sent. Only after you choose Allow and analyze does it send the job posting text, the source page address when available, and relevant text from your saved LandedIN resume to LandedIN's servers and its AI service provider, Anthropic, to produce the read you asked for. You can withdraw that permission at any time from Privacy and AI settings in the panel, which stops any analysis in progress. It stores three things on your computer and nothing else: a short lived sign in key, its expiry, and your AI analysis choice. It has host permission for Job Bank Canada and landedin.ca only, so it does not read the content of other sites you visit. We do not save analysis results to our database. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default, and normally deletes them within 30 days; it may retain them longer to enforce its Usage Policy or comply with legal requirements.
