When using Lingo Journey you can click on words on any webpage and it will give you a popup window with a translation. It also stores which words you know and which words you are learning, it then highlights them in different colours so you can visually track your learning. Lingo Journey supports, Russian, German and Spanish, with many more languages to come! What makes Lingo Journey so effective. It gives the ability to surf the web in your target language opening far more content to you. Lingo Journey is especially powerful when paired with YouTube, as you can click on words in the subtitles that you don't know and get an instant translation. Giving you the ability to learn so much more from your listening practise. You can easily keep track of your progress by using the stats page. It doesn't just show you how many words you know but also what coverage those words give you. As shown through the "percentage known word state" which is a estimate for the percentage of known words you would expect to see for a given piece of text, calculated using Zipf's law.
