Find HLS and video streams on a page, then preview them in your browser. Local only. ## English Description PublicIPTV automatically discovers video stream URLs requested by web pages and lets you preview them directly in the extension popup. Open a website, play a video, then click the extension to view detected streams. Capture starts automatically as the page loads. Features: • Detect HLS playlists (.m3u8), MP4, WebM and MOV resources. • Keep results separate for each tab, with search and format filters. • Copy complete stream URLs or play them inside the popup. • Switch between available HLS quality levels and retry playback. • Pause capture, clear results or reload the page to capture again. Privacy: Media URLs, page titles, page addresses and response metadata are temporarily stored locally in Chrome session storage. Corresponding records are cleared on navigation, tab closure or browser shutdown. No account or analytics is used. Captured results are not uploaded to PublicIPTV. Playback connects directly to the video provider. Complete URLs may contain signed tokens or other query parameters. Limitations: Only media requests actually made by the page are detected. Links merely displayed on a page are not extracted. Closing the popup stops playback. PublicIPTV does not provide channel subscriptions, video downloads or DRM bypass. Some streams require the original website, an unexpired URL, a supported format or a specific region. Use it only with content you are authorized to access. ## 中文说明 PublicIPTV 自动发现网页请求的视频地址，并支持在插件弹出框内直接预览播放。 打开网页并播放视频后，点击插件即可查看检测结果。捕获从页面加载时自动开始，无需手动开启。 主要功能： • 识别 HLS 播放列表（.m3u8）、MP4、WebM 和 MOV 视频资源。 • 按标签页分别保存结果，支持搜索和格式筛选。 • 复制完整播放地址，或直接在弹出框内播放。 • 切换可用的 HLS 清晰度，支持播放重试。 • 暂停捕获、清空结果或重新加载页面进行捕获。 隐私说明： 媒体地址、页面标题、页面地址及响应信息仅临时保存在浏览器本地会话存储中。页面导航、关闭标签页或退出浏览器时，会清除对应记录。 无需账号，不使用分析追踪，也不会将捕获结果上传到 PublicIPTV。播放时直接连接视频提供方。完整地址可能包含签名令牌或其他查询参数。 使用限制： 仅检测网页实际发出的媒体请求，不会提取页面中所有展示的链接。关闭弹出框会停止播放。 PublicIPTV 不提供频道订阅、视频下载或 DRM 绕过功能。部分视频需要在原网站播放，或受地址有效期、格式和地区限制。请仅用于你有权访问的内容。
