Cuelo — Your quiet assistant for live calls Stay focused on your conversation while Cuelo helps you find the answer. Cuelo works beside Google Meet in Chrome’s side panel. It listens for customer questions and presents short answers in text, helping you keep the conversation moving. Cuelo never speaks into your meeting. Choose the knowledge you need Use general knowledge for broad questions, or select your own content for answers grounded in your documents. Add and manage pasted text, readable PDF and Word documents, or public webpage links on the Cuelo website. Select multiple saved sources in the extension before starting your call. Check the source behind an answer Document-based answers include links to their supporting sources, so you can check the information when needed. If the selected content doesn’t support an answer, Cuelo tells you. General-knowledge answers are clearly marked “Not from your document.” Speak or type Cuelo listens for questions from the other participant. Your microphone provides conversation context. You can also type a question into the side panel while Cuelo is listening. Control your listening Start Cuelo when you’re ready. Pause and resume during the conversation, or stop at any time. Ending the Google Meet call also stops Cuelo. Stopping Cuelo does not end your meeting.
