Capture meeting transcripts and surface project context during meetings. ProMarshal turns your Google Meet calls into structured, actionable project knowledge automatically. Once installed and connected to your ProMarshal account, the extension: • Detects when you join a Google Meet call • Asks if the meeting is project-related and lets you pick a project • Captures audio from your microphone and the meeting tab in real time • Streams audio to our backend for live speech-to-text transcription via Deepgram • Tracks who spoke and when, using Google Meet's built-in captions • Uploads the final transcript to your ProMarshal dashboard when the meeting ends After the meeting, you'll find the full transcript, speaker timeline, and AI-extracted action items and blockers right inside your project, no manual note-taking needed. Recording requires explicit user action: you must select a project when prompted at the start of the call. Nothing is captured unless you opt in.
