Record therapy audio, search recent notes and patients, and add selected SOAP sections to Fusion from a side panel. Keep your SoapBox clinical workspace beside Fusion in Chrome. SoapBox AI for Fusion gives Speech-Language Pathologists a persistent side panel for therapy documentation. Sign into your SoapBox account in the same Chrome profile, then open the extension from the toolbar. - Record microphone audio directly in the panel, with Pause, Resume and Stop & save - Browse up to 50 recent ready notes and search their titles, session IDs and text - Search the patient directory available to your account and open a chart in SoapBox - Preview a note and choose which SOAP sections to add to an open Fusion Daily Note - Keep existing Fusion text: selected content is appended, not silently replaced The first time you use the panel, one acknowledgment confirms your responsibility for checking the destination patient profile and reviewing the note. There is no automatic patient, case or appointment matching. Patient search opens SoapBox; it does not select a Fusion patient or assign your recording to one. Recording uses your microphone, not tab or system audio. It continues while the side panel is closed; the toolbar badge shows recording state. Unsaved audio is encrypted in this Chrome profile for recovery and remains after logout until saved or explicitly discarded. Stop & save uploads audio to SoapBox. Open it there for transcription review and note creation. Saving audio does not itself generate or import a SOAP note. Import is limited to supported Daily Note fields at app.fusionwebclinic.com. When available, the extension requests Save Daily Note, but does not confirm persistence and never signs or submits. Review the result and confirm the save in Fusion before signing. Other EMRs and unrelated Ensora sites are not supported. Requires Chrome 116 or newer, an eligible SoapBox account, and access to Fusion for the import workflow. Account permissions and your organization's recording, privacy and consent rules still apply. Obtain any required recording consent before capture. Use only an organization-approved device and Chrome profile. The panel handles patient names, note content, account identifiers, microphone audio and limited active-tab/note-field information for these features. It uses the signed-in SoapBox service and writes only selected note text to Fusion. Read Data & privacy in the panel and the linked Privacy Policy for details.
