Visual website inspector for computed styles and observable assets, only when you ask. ComputedKit helps designers and frontend developers inspect a website's visual implementation without working through DevTools. Click the toolbar icon, then scan the current page or pick one element.ComputedKit groups computed colors, declared typography, observed repeated spacing, corner radii, shadows, and observable asset references. You can search and filter results, highlight captured occurrences, navigate near a selected element, copy a bounded current-page selector or concise computed CSS, download an accessible individual asset, and export selected results as CSS or JSON. When you explicitly choose Scan page or Pick element, ComputedKit reads the current page URL and title, computed visual styles, limited element metadata, selector information, a short text sample for a selected element, asset references, and scan-coverage counts. This data is processed locally in the extension and is not sent to ComputedKit or an analytics service. An asset is requested from its website or content-delivery host only after you click Download. ComputedKit uses temporary access to the current tab rather than persistent accessto every website. Scans are bounded, limitations are shown in the interface, and page-derived data stays in the side panel unless you choose to copy or export it. Computed colors are observations, not claims about a site's original design tokens. Typography reports the declared font stack, and asset downloads are best- effort where the source website permits access.
