Shows reusable Extra availability in Lightspeed Golf and warns staff before stock is oversold. Extras Stock helps golf operations teams manage reusable items such as carts, club hire and trolleys without leaving their everyday Lightspeed Golf workflow. With Extras Stock, staff can: • See which Extras are being stock tracked from the Extras catalogue. • View reserved and remaining quantities while working with reservations. • Count current reservation selections immediately, so cancelling releases them and saving keeps them reserved. • Receive a clear warning before a reusable item is double-booked or oversold. • Understand why an item cannot be added while leaving the reservation unchanged. • Check tracked Extras when a booking is moved to another tee time or course. • Keep each club's setup separate and export or import it when needed. Extras Stock puts stock information where the team already works. It makes availability questions quicker to answer and helps operators manage a limited fleet safely across a busy day. Stock calculations use the venue's current Lightspeed information in the browser. Daily club approval from GolfKit is required before Extras Stock starts, including local-only use. An approved token is cached until UTC midnight; without current approval the feature stays inactive, without blocking Chronogolf or deleting preferences. Unapproved clubs can explicitly request activation. Optional shared settings sync remains separate. Cloud availability sharing is hidden and paused; its code and saved choices are retained for a later release. Extras Stock was developed by GolfKit as an independent third-party operations tool.
