Annotate GlobeMD faxes with stamps, text, drawing and signature, then fax back or save to the chart. GlobeMD Annotate & Fax streamlines the fax workflow for clinics using the GlobeMD portal (gm3.globemed.ca) and SR Fax. With this extension you can: Open any incoming fax in a built-in PDF viewer and annotate it with stamps, freehand drawing, typed text, and a saved signature. Insert canned response blocks (provider credentials, clinic letterhead, standard replies) with one click. Choose a page range to fax or save. Fax the annotated PDF back through SR Fax — the destination number and the PDF are filled in automatically, and the extension waits until SR Fax finishes uploading before prompting you to send. Save the annotated PDF straight into the GlobeMD patient chart via the Documents import flow. Automatically clean up downloaded fax copies after 7 days. The extension runs only on the GlobeMD and SR Fax websites. Your signature and settings are stored locally in your browser. No fax content or patient data is sent to the developer or any third party.
