On the Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com listing you're already viewing, click Analyze — and it screens the property's surroundings the way a form-school (形勢) reading would, using public map data. It reads maps, not fate. It is not a fortune teller. WHAT IT READS Each factor is shown with the tradition named, a practical modern correlate, and one thing you can verify in person — with honest confidence on every line: • 反弓 / 玉帶 — road curve (reverse-bow vs. embracing jade-belt) • 路衝 — poison arrow (a road aimed at the door) • 壁刀 — wall-blade · 天斬 — tower-gap · 孤峰 — lone-tower • 囊地 — dead-end · 水法 — water form · 外局 — surroundings • 坐向 — facing estimate • 門面 — front-door / entrance patterns you tick from the photos Every factor also carries its 五行 (Five Elements) reading, and the modern layer cites real references — FEMA flood maps, freeway setbacks, power-line proximity — so the reading stays evidence-based, never invented.
