A calm second opinion for the product on your current page. Maybuy helps you slow down before buying something online. Open Maybuy on a product page you choose, and the extension pulls in the product details already on the page so you do not have to enter them again. You can review or correct those details, choose the type of purchase, reflect on criteria that matter for that category, and optionally add your budget. Choose Evaluate now to work through the decision directly in Chrome’s side panel. When you are ready, select Reveal verdict. Reveal requires a signed-in Maybuy account. Maybuy first checks your account and decision allowance with maybuy.co. If authorized, the packaged Maybuy decision engine evaluates your answers locally in the extension and shows a Buy, Wait, or Skip verdict with reasoning in the side panel. After Reveal, Save to Maybuy is optional. If you choose to save, Maybuy securely hands the structured product details and evaluation inputs to maybuy.co, where the decision is revalidated and recomputed before being saved to an existing shopping session or a new one. You can also send a captured product to a Maybuy session before evaluating it. Privacy is built into the flow. Maybuy reads the current HTTPS page only after you deliberately invoke the extension on that page. It does not request persistent access to retailer websites, continuously monitor your browsing, read your Chrome browsing-history database, collect retailer cookies or passwords, capture screenshots, or store raw page HTML. Maybuy handles only the structured product information needed for the feature, such as the product name, price, currency, image, merchant, variant signals, and source URL. Its Maybuy account credentials are used only to keep you securely signed in to Maybuy. Short-lived product drafts and handoffs use Chrome session storage.
