Posture Alert Studio is a premium, privacy-friendly Chrome extension designed to help you maintain a healthy sitting posture and prevent "text neck" (turtle-neck posture) and slouching during long hours of computer work. Using offline on-device AI technology, it monitors your posture in real-time and gently prompts you to sit up straight whenever you slouch, tilt, or lean forward. đ§ââď¸ HOW IT WORKS 1.
