Bulk download photos, videos, voice notes and documents from the Telegram Web chat you have open. Free, private, no account. Media Downloader for Telegram Web adds a one-click download button to every photo, video, voice note and document in your open Telegram chat, plus a panel that can select and save many at once. Telegram Web saves one file at a time, buried in a menu, with a name like document_2026-09-06_14-22-01.pdf. This fixes both problems. There is no backend, no telemetry, no analytics and no third-party code. The extension runs only on web.telegram.org and cannot see any other site. Files go from your existing session straight to your downloads folder.
