Automatically accepts CXone contacts for selected skills. Enter specific skill names to auto-accept in NICE CXone Agent Workspace. Unlisted skills will maintain your standard role settings, giving you manual Accept/Reject options when a call is delivered. *If you navigate to chrome://extensions/ --> NICE CXone Selective Auto-Accept (extension) --> Details --> Extension Options. You will be able to add the skills to auto accept in addition to the milliseconds the extension waits before auto accepting.
