Blur images from chats Blur Images hides the pictures in your browser chats until you actually want to see them. Photos, videos, stickers, animations and link previews arrive blurred. Hover over a message and it sharpens instantly; move away and it blurs again. Read your conversations in an open-plan office, on a train, or while screen sharing, without the person beside you seeing every image that lands. WHAT IT BLURS • Photos and videos inside conversations • Stickers and animations sent to you • Link preview thumbnails • Group pictures, in the chat list and in the conversation header WHAT IT LEAVES SHARP • The sticker and animation picker — the panel you send from stays clear, so you can still see what you are about to pick • People's profile pictures, including your own • Emoji and reactions • Message text The blur scales to each image, so a large photo becomes unreadable while a small avatar keeps its shape and colour. PAUSE ANY TIME Click the toolbar icon and hit Pause. Everything sharpens at once and an OFF badge appears on the icon. Hit Resume and the blur returns immediately. Your choice is remembered across reloads and restarts.
