Mood Cycle Log is a simple, private mood tracker built for people who need to watch how their mood shifts over time - especially when mood, energy, and sleep move independently of each other. WHAT IT DOES - Log a mood level from -3 (very low) to +3 (very high) in one tap - Every entry is timestamped automatically, or back-dated if you're catching up - Add optional tags for what's going on - irritability, racing thoughts, anxiety, low energy, or mixed features - Track possible triggers: missed medication, conflict, caffeine, alcohol or substance use, major stress, hormonal/cycle changes, travel, illness, or late-night screen exposure - Record whether you slept, slept partially, or didn't sleep, plus hours slept - Add a short note to any entry SEE THE PATTERN - A trend chart plots your mood over the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time - A sleep breakdown and trigger/symptom frequency list surface what's showing up most in your logs - Export your full history to CSV any time - useful for bringing real data to a psychiatrist or therapist appointment PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account or sign-up - the extension uses your existing Chrome sign-in - Entries sync automatically across any device signed into your Chrome account, using Chrome's built-in storage sync - No servers, no analytics, no ads, and no data ever leaves your browser through this extension - You can delete individual entries or clear everything at any time Mood Cycle Log is a personal tracking and journaling tool.
