When you open an email, the extension checks whether the sender already exists in your connected Agency Handy workspace. If not, you can create them as a Client or Lead in just a few clicks without leaving Gmail. It uses your existing Agency Handy Workspace API Key, never accesses the Gmail API, and does not read email content or attachments.
