Never forget to follow up. Set reminders on your own WhatsApp Web chats and send them at a time you choose. Follow-Up Pro helps you remember the conversations you meant to come back to. If you use WhatsApp Web for work, replies get buried and follow-ups slip. This extension lets you set a reminder on a conversation you are already having, write the message you intend to send, and choose when it should go — now, at a time you pick, or as a repeating reminder while you wait for a reply. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open one of your conversations on WhatsApp Web. 2. Click the "Follow-up" button in the chat header. The contact's name is filled in for you. 3. Write the message you plan to send and choose when: once, at a scheduled time, daily, monthly, or as a repeating reminder until they reply. 4. Your follow-ups appear in one simple dashboard so nothing is forgotten. FOLLOW-UP SEQUENCES Instead of a single message, you can set up a series that goes out over days — for example a note today, a gentle nudge after three days, and a final message a week later. Each step has its own wording and its own gap. The sequence stops on its own after the last step. If a step cannot be sent — because WhatsApp Web is closed, for example — that same step is retried later. It is never skipped, and a step that has already gone out is never repeated. REUSABLE SEQUENCES AND STAGES Build a sequence once and reuse it. Create Standard Sequences such as "Quotation follow-up" or "New enquiry", then attach one to a group. Anyone you add to that group automatically starts their own copy, with no setup each time. Every contact keeps their own independent progress, so ten people can share one sequence while sitting on completely different steps. Moving someone to a different group switches them to that group's sequence and stops the previous one. CUSTOMER LOCAL TIME When you open a chat, the contact's current local time is shown beside their name, worked out from their country code — so you can see at a glance whether it is a reasonable hour to message someone abroad. Countries that span several time zones are shown as such rather than guessed at, and you can pick the right one yourself. Choose 12-hour or 24-hour in Settings. ORGANISE YOUR CONVERSATIONS Create your own pages — for example "Waiting for reply", "Order confirmed", or "Quotation sent" — and file conversations under them. Pages are simply lists for your own reference; nothing is ever sent from a page. Group your contacts, reorder those groups, and start, pause or stop a whole group at once. Search and filter by name, number, message, group, status or type. BACKUP AND RESTORE Export everything to a file whenever you like, and import it back. Optionally back up to your browser account, or to your own Google Drive on Chrome. Your follow-ups, sequences, groups and pages all come back together. AVAILABLE IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Spanish, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Arabic, Chinese (Simplified) and Hindi. The interface follows your browser's language automatically. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything is stored in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us or to any other server. There is no account, no analytics and no tracking. If you turn on the optional backup, your list is saved to your own Google account or browser account so it survives a reinstall. PLEASE USE IT RESPONSIBLY This is a personal assistant for conversations you are already part of. It is meant for following up with people who expect to hear from you — a customer awaiting a quotation, a colleague who owes you an answer. Please do not use it to contact people who have not asked to hear from you, and keep your volume reasonable. Sending unwanted messages can get your number blocked by WhatsApp. The extension sends one message at a time with a pause between them, and only while WhatsApp Web is open in your browser.
