Before you install it, create your account and build your brand voice profile at: https://davidiwanow.com/tools/brand-voice/brand-voice-survey.html Go to the link above and complete the brand voice survey for your domain. You can then create your account and generate the profile the extension scores against. Then pay to add credits to your account. Each onpage content check typically costs one credit using the Chrome extension. Once you have an account you can connect it to your account in one click — no API keys to copy or paste. Without a completed brand profile and available credits, the extension has nothing to check your copy against. BRAND VOICE CHECK Scores your copy 0–100 against the brand voice profile you built at davidiwanow.com, with an A–E band, tone and language match, and readability. Off-brand phrases are quoted back with a specific rewrite for each one. Scoring is arithmetic, not a model's gut feel: the engine measures where your content sits on ten calibrated language dimensions and compares that to your agreed profile. COMPLIANCE CHECK Screens marketing copy for claims, promises, guarantees and other regulated language across EU, UK, Ireland and US rules, or all of them at once. Every flag names the rule, the risk, the team that should review it, and a defensible rewrite. Severity is enforced by rule, not guessed, so the verdict can never contradict the flags.
