Fills your certification-body portal forms from CPR Enroll classes. You stay logged in and click every paid button yourself. CPR Enroll Agency Connect saves CPR and first-aid training organizations from re-typing every class, roster, and certificate into their certification body's website. After you pair the extension once with your CPR Enroll organization, you can post classes and issue certificates from CPR Enroll and let Agency Connect fill the certification-body portal for you — in your own browser tab, while you stay logged in with your own account. How it works • Pair once with a short code from your CPR Enroll Agency Connect page. No passwords for the certification body are ever entered into, or stored by, this extension. • From a class in CPR Enroll, start an assisted run. Agency Connect opens the certification-body portal and fills in the class details, instructor, and student roster for you. • It STOPS before any button that spends money or cannot be undone (Submit, Create, Assign, Pay). You review the filled form and click that button yourself. • After you submit, it reads back the certificate/card numbers and saves them onto your students' enrollments in CPR Enroll — no more hunting for cert numbers. Supported certification bodies • HSI / ASHI (OTIS) — post the class, upload the student roster, record card numbers. • American Red Cross (Red Cross Learning Center) — request blended-class participant vouchers, fill the class details and the participant list, record the issued codes. • American Heart Association (Atlas and eCards) — class posting and eCard issuing. Privacy • This extension never asks for or stores your certification-body login. • Student data is used only to fill the form during a run and is kept in the page's memory for that run — it is never saved to browser storage. • The only thing stored is a device token that links this browser to your CPR Enroll organization, plus non-personal status information. This extension is intended for CPR Enroll customers. You need a CPR Enroll account with Agency Connect enabled to use it.
