Description
Monitors authorized Vodia calls and opens a separate live transcription and analysis window. Vodia Live Call Transcriber gives authorised supervisors a live view of Vodia extension status and opens a dedicated full-screen transcription and analysis window for selected calls. Audio is streamed only after the supervisor selects Transcribe & analyse. It displays speaker-separated transcription, identifies the agent and matched AlayaCare client, and highlights sentiment, complaints and escalation risks. Access is restricted to approved Google Workspace users and Vodia supervisor permissions.
