A pocket notebook in your toolbar. Unlimited pages and notes, searchable, synced across your devices. EasyNotes - Open it, type a line, hit Enter. That's the whole thing. Most note tools ask you something before they let you write: which notebook, which tag, which project. EasyNotes asks nothing. Press the shortcut and the page is already open with the cursor already in the line. One keystroke files the thought away and you get back to what you were doing. Every line is also a todo — click the box to tick it off. WHAT IT DOES • Instant capture — one shortcut, one line, done. Adding a note never asks which page. • Unlimited notes — your notebook lives on your own machine, so it has no ceiling. • Pages — up to fifty, each with its own tally. Opt-in structure, never a form to fill in. • Search everything — press / and search every page at once; each result says where it lives. • Syncs across your devices — through your own Chrome profile. No account, no login screen. • Export — one click writes every note to a Markdown checklist that opens anywhere. • Edit in place — click any note to change it, Enter to keep, Esc to revert. HONEST ABOUT SYNC Chrome gives every extension a fixed amount of sync storage. Rather than pretend that limit doesn't exist, EasyNotes keeps every note safely on your machine and carries as many of the newest ones as will fit to your other devices. Anything beyond that is marked in the margin, so you always know exactly what has travelled and what hasn't. Nothing is ever silently dropped. The status dot in the footer never overstates things either. It says "saved" until the extension has actual proof your notebook reached a second device — only then does it say "synced". PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION No account. No server. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. EasyNotes makes no network requests at all and cannot see the websites you visit — it asks for no host permissions. Your notes are stored by Chrome on your computer, and if you have Chrome sync switched on they travel through your own Google account, exactly like your bookmarks.
