Description
Extract a skip/keep verdict + claim bullets from a YouTube video's transcript, then chat with it. Bring your own LLM key. Unwatch turns a YouTube video's transcript into a quick skip-or-keep decision, right in a side panel on the watch page. Click "Extract from this video" and Unwatch pulls the transcript, sends it to the LLM provider you choose with your own API key, and returns: - A verdict — new, seen, or mixed — judged against the claim bullets of videos you've already saved, not against "AI content in general". The more you save, the sharper it gets at spotting when a video is just more of the same. - Timestamped claim bullets you can click to jump to that moment. The Chat tab answers questions about that specific transcript and can rewrite the bullets. The Download tab saves the transcript, extract, or chat. The Library holds everything you've saved. No Unwatch server: your API key stays in this browser (chrome.storage.local) and is sent only to the provider you pick — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini. Nothing is tracked or collected. English and Spanish, for both the interface and the model's answers. Requires a YouTube video with captions and an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
