在你明确开启服务后，协助拉格朗日读取并处理已登录的商家客服网页。 拉格朗日浏览器助手只配合本机已安装的“拉格朗日”桌面软件使用。 当商家在桌面软件中明确连接并开启相应平台后，扩展才会读取当前已登录的商家客服网页，并执行桌面软件发出的必要页面操作。它用于协助商家处理客服会话、查看与当前客户事项有关的商品或订单信息，并对执行结果进行回读核对。 扩展不会自行登录平台，不会自行开启自动值守，也不会在连接中断后自动重复发送。每次写入操作都由桌面软件负责核对目标和结果。 扩展通过 Chrome Native Messaging 仅与同一台电脑上的拉格朗日桌面软件通信。它不会将聊天内容用于广告或画像，也不会出售或向无关第三方共享数据。商家可随时在拉格朗日中停止值守，或在 Chrome 扩展管理页停用、移除本扩展。
