ChimeIn helps you find an opening with three AI-generated draft comments based on the post you’re reading. FOUR PERSONALITIES • Casual Chatter: easygoing questions and observations. • Armchair Troll: playful challenges and a little mischief. • Supportive Mom: warm encouragement and caring questions. • Byzantine Uncle: that uncle at Thanksgiving, who makes everything about the Byzantine Empire. MAKE IT YOURS Click Insert to place a suggestion in Reddit’s comment box, then edit it in your own voice. ChimeIn never posts automatically and preserves existing drafts. SET UP ONCE Connect your own Google Gemini API key, choose a personality, and open a Reddit comment thread. You can discover compatible Flash-Lite models, add style preferences, and set a daily request limit. Works on current and old Reddit. Suggestions use the post’s title and available text; images, videos, linked pages, and existing comments are not analyzed. YOUR KEY, YOUR CONTROL A Gemini API key is required. Google’s API quotas and charges may apply. Your key is stored locally in your browser. When suggestions are enabled, opening a thread sends its post title, text, and subreddit to Google Gemini. Generated drafts are cached locally for up to seven days. AI suggestions can get things wrong. Review each draft and make it your own before posting.
