The Next Generation Hiring Solutions Hire10x Candidate Sourcing Extension The Hire10x Candidate Sourcing Extension is a browser extension developed by 10xScale.ai that helps recruiters discover, extract, organize, and import candidate information from supported talent sourcing platforms directly into Hire10x. Recruiters can search for candidates on supported platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite, Google X-Ray, and Cutshort, and then extract relevant candidate information and associate candidates with the appropriate Job Description and recruiting pipeline in Hire10x. The extension allows recruiters to: 1. Select and maintain an active Job Description while sourcing candidates. 2. Extract relevant professional candidate information from supported search results and profile pages, including candidate name, profile URL, current and previous employment, skills, education, location, and other information displayed on the source page. 3. Import individual candidates or multiple candidates from supported sourcing pages into the selected Hire10x Job Description pipeline. 4. Track candidate import progress, including the status of long-running or bulk candidate imports. 5. Resume interrupted sourcing and import workflows without requiring recruiters to restart the entire process. 6. Use a persistent browser side panel to manage the active Job Description, candidate sourcing workflow, and import progress without repeatedly switching between browser windows. 7. Open and process candidate profiles in browser tabs as part of the sourcing workflow while allowing recruiters to continue using their primary browser session. 8. Synchronize extracted candidate information and sourcing progress with the recruiter's authenticated Hire10x account. The extension stores necessary recruiter preferences and workflow state locally so that active Job Description selections, sourcing configuration, import checkpoints, and relevant cached data are preserved between browser sessions. It uses background processing and scheduled synchronization to support longer-running candidate sourcing operations without unnecessarily interrupting the recruiter's active browsing experience. The extension is designed specifically around the Hire10x candidate sourcing workflow and communicates with Hire10x and 10xScale.ai backend services to synchronize candidate data and recruiting pipeline information. Supported sourcing platforms include LinkedIn, Google search/X-Ray results, and Cutshort. Access to these platforms is limited to the functionality required for candidate sourcing and extraction initiated as part of the recruiter's workflow. The extension does not independently make hiring decisions.
