Adds speaker names to Reline meeting transcripts by reading who speaks in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Requires Reline. Reline adds speaker names to your meeting transcripts. Reline is a note taking app that records and transcribes your meetings. On its own it can tell your voice apart from everyone else's, but it cannot tell who among the other participants is speaking. This extension closes that gap. While you are recording in Reline, the extension reads two things from the meeting tab you already have open: the participant names the page is showing you, and which participant is currently speaking. Reline uses that to label each line of the transcript with a name, so you can read who said what and ask questions like "what did Sam commit to?" later. Works with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom in the browser. IMPORTANT: this extension does nothing on its own. It requires the Reline app, available at https://www.reline.so, and it stays idle until you start a recording there. What it reads - Participant display names, exactly as the meeting page already shows them - Which participant the meeting page marks as currently speaking What it does not do - It does not read, record or transcribe audio or video - It does not read chat messages, documents or any other page content - It does not run outside meeting tabs, and it stays idle until you record Where the data goes Names are passed to your own Reline app, either directly on your device when you use the desktop app, or to your signed in Reline tab.
