Sniff and extract web images and audio, seamlessly importing them into local Sharp Stock asset manager or downloading directly. Sharp Stock Clipper helps you discover, organize, download, and import images and audio from the webpage you are viewing. Open the extension to scan the current page, review detected media in one place, and choose exactly which assets you want to save. Key features: • Discover images and audio referenced by supported webpages. • Preview detected images in a visual grid and review useful details such as dimensions, file size, and media category when available. • Search media by URL or file extension, show only images currently visible in the page viewport, and group results by category, file size, or resolution. • Sort images by file size or resolution, switch between ascending and descending order, and use Select All, Deselect All, or Invert Selection for faster batch workflows. • Download a single asset or multiple selected assets through your browser. The optional download feature uses safe, meaningful filenames generated from available page and media information. • Import a single asset or a batch of selected assets directly into the locally installed Sharp Stock desktop application. Imported assets can include the media source URL and source webpage URL so you can identify where they came from. • Use the image context-menu command or Alt + right-click to import an image quickly without opening the extension popup. • Locate a detected image on the original webpage, copy its media URL, and monitor import or download progress from the extension interface. • Detect related versions of the same image and prefer a higher-quality source when supported. • Configure the local Sharp Stock service address, default import folder, download preference, grouping and sorting options, and interface language. The extension includes English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Vietnamese interfaces. • Send a problem report or suggestion from the extension when you choose. Feedback is submitted through Sentry and includes only the description you enter, the displayed page URL, an optional email address, and limited extension context. Automatic error reporting, performance monitoring, and session replay are disabled. Sharp Stock integration: Importing into a media library requires the Sharp Stock or Sharp Stock Lite desktop application to be installed and running on the same device. The extension checks the local application connection and transfers selected media through a loopback connection on 127.0.0.1. The desktop application is not required when you use only the browser download feature. Privacy and security: Sharp Stock Clipper processes detected webpage and media information locally to provide its clipping features. Extension preferences are stored in your browser, and page content or selected media is not uploaded to developer-operated servers. Only when you select Submit feedback, the entered feedback, displayed page URL, optional email address, and limited extension context are sent to Sentry for review by the developer. The extension contains no advertising, behavioral analytics, automatic error or performance telemetry, session replay, or remotely hosted executable code. Important notes: Media availability and quality depend on the source webpage, its permissions, and the rules of the website hosting the content. Some protected, temporary, authenticated, or browser-internal pages may prevent media detection or retrieval. Users are responsible for downloading or importing content only when permitted by the content owner, the source website, and applicable law.
