This companion extension lets the Echo app see what you play in your browser - YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, SoundCloud and more - so you can jump straight back to it later from anywhere on your Mac. What it does - Notices what's playing in your browser (the title, artist and artwork the site already publishes) and tells the Echo app, so it shows up in your history. - Lets Echo resume a browser track or video for you - reopening the tab and picking up right where you left off. Private by design - Everything stays on your Mac. The extension talks ONLY to the Echo app running locally on your computer (over localhost).
