Monitor specific parts of webpages and see exactly what changed. Your monitored data stays on your device. Monitor the exact parts of webpages that matter to you and get notified when they change. Webpage Change Detector lets you select a specific element on a webpage—such as a price, product availability, date, stock status, announcement, or paragraph—and monitor it automatically. ### Key Features • Select exactly what you want to monitor • Detect changes to specific webpage content • See the previous and new content when something changes • Receive Chrome desktop notifications when changes are detected • Use an unread badge to keep track of detected changes • View monitoring history • Set monitoring schedules and intervals • Manage multiple monitors • Monitor webpages while they are open or perform background checks when supported ### Privacy-Focused Design Your monitor information is stored locally in your Chrome profile. Webpage Change Detector does not require an account and does not operate a developer cloud database, analytics system, advertising network, or telemetry service. The extension does not send your monitor list, change history, snapshots, or other stored extension data to a developer-operated server or third-party analytics service. When background monitoring checks a webpage, the extension requests the webpage you specifically chose to monitor. Existing cookies for that website may be included in the request so the page can be accessed in the same context available to Chrome. ### Examples You can use Webpage Change Detector to monitor: • Product prices • Product availability • Stock status • Event dates • Appointment availability • Website announcements • Important text or content changes • Public information that changes over time Webpage Change Detector is designed to give you a simple way to know when the specific webpage content you care about has changed.
