Rename Claude's animated "Thinking…" indicator on claude.ai to a name of your choosing. Thinking Renamer lets you personalize the animated "Thinking...", "Pondering...", "Ruminating..." indicator that Claude shows on claude.ai while it's reasoning — replace it with any name you want, like a custom assistant name or your own name. WHAT IT DOES While Claude is working through a response, claude.ai cycles through a handful of single-word status labels and, once done, shows a collapsed "Thought for N seconds" header. This extension quietly swaps that specific text for whatever name you set in the popup — nothing else on the page is touched. It never reads your conversations or messages — it only looks at short (48 characters or fewer) status-label text nodes on the page, and explicitly skips text inside message composers, code blocks, and editable areas. Your chosen name and settings are stored locally using Chrome's built-in sync storage and are never sent to any server operated by this extension's developer.
