Automatically switches to the official translated version of Reddit posts if available. [Overview] Automatically open Reddit's native translated view in your preferred language when it is available. This lightweight extension uses Reddit's own translations and does not operate a translation server. [Key Features] - 25 target-language choices, including separate Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Availability varies by post and language. - Browser language detection selects an initial target language on first install. - Automatic translation attempts: if Reddit returns to the original, the extension remembers that result for the selected language in the tab and avoids repeated attempts. - Toolbar badge and popup status indicate when a translation is unavailable. - Choose "Show original" to pause automatic translation for that post in the current tab, including after changing the target language. Explicit translated links can still open a translation. - Change the target language or enable/disable translation from the popup. [Privacy] No analytics, tracking, or extension-operated data-collection server. Language and enable/disable preferences use browser-managed sync storage. Per-post translation state is stored in Reddit page sessionStorage for the tab session and may be accessible to Reddit page scripts. See the privacy policy for details.
