A deep navy and metallic gold theme for Chrome, drawn from the VagueDustin Enterprises "FATE" design language. Every surface is covered: window frame, tab strip, toolbar, omnibox, bookmarks bar and the new tab page. Gold is reserved for the controls you actually press: back, forward, reload, menu. Everything else stays quiet, so the browser reads as still until you reach for it. The new tab page opens onto a painted night sky - constellations drawn in gold hairlines, deep nebula, four-point stars, and a gilded crescent. The center is left deliberately calm, so your search box and shortcuts stay legible against it. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO No permissions. No background code. No network access.
