Let RankAuthority support see and use one tab you choose during a support call. RankAuthority Help lets our support team help you on the sites you use with RankAuthority — your WordPress admin, Google Search Console, Shopify, or your domain's DNS settings — during a live support call. How it works 1. Join your support call in RankAuthority and choose "Get help on another site". 2. Open the site you need help with in another tab. 3. Click RankAuthority Help in Chrome's toolbar and press "Allow help on this tab". Your support agent then sees that one tab and can point, draw, click and type to walk you through setup. You stay in control • Only the tab you allow is shared — never your other tabs, windows, or desktop. • A banner on the page shows that support can see and control it, with a Stop button. • Stop anytime from the page banner, the extension, or your RankAuthority call. • Help ends automatically when the call ends or you close the call tab. • Password fields are never filled by support; you type your own credentials. • Nothing is recorded or stored by the extension. It only relays your support agent's pointer and input while the call is live. Requires an active RankAuthority support call. Works in Chrome and Edge.
