TableAI finds real table, list, or article on the page, turns it into rows and columns you can actually edit, and exports it to CSV, Excel, or PDF — text you can select, cells you can sort. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the TableAI side panel on any page. 2. TableAI scans the page for real <table> markup, structured lists, and repeated card/list patterns (e.g. a grid of product listings) — no guessing, it reads the actual page structure. 3. Pick a detected table or list, or click to manually select one if nothing auto-detects. 4. Edit the result in a simple grid: fix cells, rename columns, delete rows. 5. Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF. WHEN THE PAGE IS MESSY Not every page has a clean table. For pages with no structured markup at all, TableAI's AI Smart Extract reads the page and builds a structured table for you. The same AI can also clean up a table you've already extracted — dedupe rows, fix inconsistent formatting, fill in missing headers — or apply a plain-English edit like "remove rows where price is 0." WHAT'S FREE, WHAT'S NOT Extraction and every export format (CSV, Excel, PDF) are unlimited on every plan — TableAI never limits the part that doesn't touch AI. Only the AI actions (Smart Extract, Clean with AI, natural-language edits, document cleanup) are metered: free accounts get 1 AI action, for good, no trial clock; Pro gets a much bigger monthly allowance — from $6/month (localized pricing shown at checkout). WORKS EVERYWHERE TableAI isn't locked to one site. The first time you use it on a new site, TableAI asks for one-time permission to read that page; it never asks for blanket access to "all your browsing data" up front.
