Makes very long ChatGPT conversations responsive and automatically recovers stalled runs. GPT AntiCurse helps with ChatGPT conversations that have grown so large that the page becomes slow, heavy, or difficult to scroll. Instead of making ChatGPT keep the entire conversation graph active in the page, AntiCurse keeps a smaller recent part of the conversation loaded normally. Older visible messages remain available through AntiCurse and can be loaded when you need them. **AntiCurse does not delete messages from your ChatGPT account.** It changes how much conversation state the current browser tab keeps active. Features include: * Keep a configurable recent conversation window active in ChatGPT. * Load older messages with a **Load previous** button. * Optional **Auto window** mode that loads older history as you scroll upward. * See how much response data AntiCurse removed from the active page state. * Keep an optional local backup of the conversation. * Export conversations to Markdown. * Choose between **Final answers only**, **Readable conversation**, and **Full technical log** exports. * Download a conversation and open a fresh ChatGPT tab when a thread has become too large. * Local diagnostics for troubleshooting. ### Privacy AntiCurse processes conversation data locally in your browser. It does not send your conversations to the extension developer, does not include telemetry, and does not load remote extension code. Persistent conversation backups are optional and are stored in the extension's local browser storage. ### When is it useful? AntiCurse is mainly intended for unusually long ChatGPT sessions, such as long-running coding, research, debugging, or agentic workflows. Short conversations generally do not need it.
