That pressure pulls you out of deep work. Now does the opposite. HOW IT WORKS ① Start a session by setting an intention in breaths, not minutes. A breathing circle fills your screen. ② When breathing ends, the overlay dissolves and the clocks on your page vanish — YouTube timestamps, message times, dates. You work with only a small pulsing dot in the corner to mark your session. ③ End the session to see how long you were present — without you counting. ④ Your dashboard shows a Session Map: your Presence Quality and the "Deep Nows" you reached. Reflection, not surveillance. PRIVACY BY DESIGN All presence analysis runs locally in your browser. No keystrokes are recorded, no browsing history is stored, and nothing the extension records ever leaves your device. The extension makes zero network requests. WHY BROAD PERMISSIONS Now requests access to http/https pages only so it can draw the focus overlay and hide on-screen clocks on whatever site you choose to focus on. It acts only after you start a session — it does nothing in the background on pages you browse normally.
