See which of your open roles a public profile fits, with receipts. Like, pass, find an email and reach out without leaving the page. SourcingNav is an ATS built for a staffing desk. This extension is its right-hand window on a public LinkedIn profile. Open a profile, tap the SourcingNav button, and the panel shows what your desk already knows about this person and how they fit the roles you have open right now. What it shows Every open role they match, ranked, with the must-haves matched and missing spelled out What your desk already knows: on your bench, contacted before, replied, in a pipeline, resume on file Strengths read off the profile, in your own role vocabulary Whether they look to be in motion: open-to-work, actively seeking, mentions of a layoff What you can do from the panel Like or pass on a role, with a reason, so the ranker learns your taste Promote them into a role's pipeline Find and verify a work email, then send a first touch with a follow-up sequence Save the profile to your desk, and attach LinkedIn's own Save-to-PDF to build the full record Fix a truncated name before it breeds a duplicate How it behaves It reads only the profile you are looking at, only when you click. It never crawls, never runs in the background, and never reads a page you did not open. It works on public profiles in your own LinkedIn session. It does not read or require LinkedIn Recruiter. Every action is receipted into your desk's compliance chain, so you can show what the tool did and did not do.
