AI agent that fills web forms (job applications, signups) from your resume/profile. Approve before it submits. Runs locally. AgAuto is an AI-powered side panel that automatically fills job application forms, signup forms, and any web form — using your resume or profile as the source of truth. HOW IT WORKS 1. Upload your resume or paste your profile text into the side panel. 2. Open any job application or web form in the same tab. 3. Click "Fill this form" — AgAuto's AI agent scans every field on the page and fills them from your profile. 4. Review the filled fields (highlighted in green), then approve before anything is submitted. KEY FEATURES • Fills text fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, and file uploads. • Reads your resume (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and auto-populates your profile. • Paste a job description so the agent tailors open-ended answers to the role. • Ask/answer mode — when the agent needs info it doesn't have, it asks you and remembers the answer for next time. • "Select area to fill" — drag a rectangle over just the fields you want filled. • Runs locally — your profile never leaves your browser except to the AI model you configure. • Works with React, Vue, Angular, and other JavaScript-heavy forms via hardware-level input simulation. • Bring your own API key — works with OpenAI, Anthropic, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. PRIVACY AgAuto stores your profile and resume locally in Chrome storage. The only network calls are to the AI model API you configure in Settings — your data goes to that provider, not to AgAuto's servers (there are none). PERMISSIONS USED • activeTab / scripting — to read and interact with the form on the current page. • storage / unlimitedStorage — to save your profile and document locally. • sidePanel — to display the AgAuto panel next to your browser tab. • debugger — to simulate hardware-level mouse clicks so framework-controlled checkboxes and radio buttons register correctly. SETUP Open Settings inside the panel, enter your OpenAI (or compatible) API key, select a model, and you're ready to go.
